Have been using this product from last 6 months, I purchased this product to use my laptop SSD as a external storage and VM, it's an amazing product which does the job.Pros:The healt dissipation is excellent and keeps the SSD and enclosure cool.The product is super stylish and works efficiently and continuously for more 12 hours with out lag from continuous usage.Inside the box there are 2 connecting cables usb a - c and c-c you can use which ever cable you need based on your convenience,1 thermal pad, manual, mobile stand, SSD enclosure, strong box pi box case to hold all accessories.I personally felt bit difficulty in installation of SSD in to the SSD enclosure as it was bit hard initially as need to place the SSD in specific angle to fit in the slot but after using it once you will feel super easy and convenient.The size is very compact and stylishOverall an amazing product and totally value for money, would recommend any one willing to purchase it go for this model which is awesomeValue for money - 10/10Size and design -10/10Performance - 10/10Heat dissipation - 10/10Quality - 10/10Additional value added accessories like thermal pad, mobile stand 2 connecting cables(USB A to USB C, USB C to USB C, casing box) - 10/10

excellent quality product. used it for a short while only, but found it to be good and has good data transfer speed. no heating issues, although it has no cooling fan. they have another model with a smart cooling fan for the same price. I returned this product and asked for exchange with the one with a cooling fan which was what i had ordered. they have promptly refunded my money. So magnanimous of them. I will order the model with a cooling fan to be doubly sure.

This is the best one to buy. Totally loved the product. Its cover is stronger. Easy to use.The outer LED concept is awesome. They made sure to include 2 types of cable. The cover comes with this to keep all things together is add-on gift.cherry on the top: Received one mobile stand in the box as a complementary and I appreciate the brand for that.Please do not hesitate to buy any product as they are of good quality and cost effective compared to high end brands I have brought different items from PiBox and totally happy with everything I got as it's working flawless.
