My wife and I are both using this. We both feel it’s easy to use, tastes great, helps control appetite and sugar cravings and is priced affordably. It’s also supporting our organ cleanse routine.

I don't usually write reviews but this stuff is amazing. I had immediate day 1 results. It usually takes me 200 to 300 mg of caffeine to get through the day. I had taken berberine in the past but in gummy form. I decided to get the sublingual drops to reduce calories and 'eating' when I'm doing multi-day fasts. Took a dropper full under my tongue first thing this morning (it arrived overnight). The taste is akin to celery juice, I let it sit under my tongue for about a minute then chased it with water. Considering all the shots I did in college, for the benefits, the taste was worth it. Within an hour I noticed I was breaking a sweat. I recalled looking at my thermostat and it wasn't warm by any means. Then for the rest of the day I felt like I was shot out of a cannon. I didn't require any caffeine for a good 6 hours and was able to get to my OMAD without any cravings and totally didn't cave while stopping somewhere for said caffeine. I definitely recommend this!

I’ve purchased several times but the last bottle the taste was very different and so bitter. Being that I had purchased multiples times I threw that bottle away because I wasn’t sure if it was old or tainted. I wasn’t willing to take the chance. Berberine is excellent for reducing blood sugars. I prefer liquid supplements because I feel they get in to the blood stream quicker? Will have to find a new brand.

This stuff is legit! It tastes SO good! (I’m not kidding it’s delish). I share with my boyfriend. We each do about 2-3 full drops per day and it lasts us a little over a month. So good value. Also contains Milk Thistle which is good for your liver. Just an added bonus.I feel like we’ve both lost weight / it’s curbed our appetite. 10/10

I’ve taken Berberine in the past in capsule form without problems. But I’ve had issues taking this. May have something else in the mix my body doesn’t tolerate. First time…..stomach rumbling. Second time…….horrible stomach cramping followed by diarrhea and vomiting within 3 hours.They say to use 1 ml. May try 1-2 drops instead of the dropper full. Any rumbling after that I will definitely discontinue and throw away.There are so many different things in this it’s hard to know what is causing the problem.

I take two drops in my mouth in the morning and then I eat a little later. I noticed it keeps me from eating large portions so far this is working for me I have went from 198 lb to 195 lb in 4 days. I do eat normal but crave sweets and I do exercise 6 days a week walking and doing lunges nothing was helping me lose weight until I started taking this along with toned girl glow appetite suppressant pills that I also bought on Amazon. I take those two together and I'm losing some weight.
