Well machined, labeled, right length. Should hold up in my treehouse. 16 inches through the middle of oak and 10 inches on each side for hardware. Strong.

Not straight. If you need straight, look elsewhere.
This rod was not straight; it was about a 1/4" out in the middle and I didn't have a feasible method to bend it back. Made it completely unusable for me. Would not recommend.

May need a locknut or lock washer to keep tight if needed.
