I have a HF lathe and this fit it very well - made a disk sander and other mounting solutions with them - If you have a 1inch 8TPI lathe head stock this will fit it perfectly.

Description says 1.083" width across flats, this should be ~1-1/16" Actual item is 15/16".

Heavy steel. I used them to fit my wood lathe. They fit the 1" 8TPI threaded spindle perfectly.

Huge set of nuts. They were the wrong size for the job but I just feel better knowing I have these giant nuts in my tool box for the future.

They're nuts, they thread up easily on my 1" threaded rod. And the price was right.
