With aging, inflammation has become an issue. Trying to find something to eliminate or reduce inflammation this came into view.It is fairly easy to swallow. Even with my sensitive digestive system there hasn’t been any issues. No sour stomach or bad tasting burps.Effectiveness is hard to measure if not totally eliminating inflammation. It seems to help, but not completely.Hopefully others have more measurable results.
