Why did you pick this product vs others?:This Conair hairbrush is replacing my 13-year-old Revlon hairbrush which served me well but was falling apart. I chose the Conair because I wanted the same type I had with the oval head & plastic bristles (& Revlon doesn't make the one I had anymore) & Conair makes good products (like my hairdryer, still going strong after 13 years). I bought it online, so sight unseen, I liked the size & shape, the pink color & the price. I was very surprised that it cost less than half of what the other brushes were going for. And the quality is far better than I imagined it would be. It's a great size, bigger than the Revlon, & has good feel to it. It's nice & sturdy, fits well in my hand & is easy to use. It actually feels good to brush my hair with this Conair hairbrush. I think it'll last me at least 13 years & I highly recommend it!

Works absolutely great just like it shows online in the pictures the old lady loves it just absolutely loves it detangles her hair without making a big mess and then doesn't pull no tangle no pull

This brush is my new favorite, hands down! I had one extremely similar to it for years, except the bristles were made of plastic, and it was much smaller in size (like a travel size brush). It ended up breaking at the handle the other day and I was so upset because I loved that brush.So I started looking for a replacement and saw this one. It is literally the same brush - but it's now so much better!! The bristles are no longer plastic, but metal - and feels absolutely amazing on the scalp!! The size is so much bigger, which is perfect because my hair has grown like crazy.The handle is very comfortable to hold. I absolutely love the teal and black color too. The best thing is that it is so amazingly good at getting the tangles and stuff out of your hair - without any pain or discomfort - and it's even better if your hair is still wet. I will never get another kind of brush after having this one, because it is absolutely perfect!!

I chose this brush because I wanted metal bristles instead of nylon like most brushed of this style offer. It’s the only cheap option I found, which is why I decided to buy it. I do like the brush and think the metal works better for my hair and reducing static’s However, the bristles stated to fall out rather quickly and easily. Also, this brush is not easy to clean because of the jagged edges of the nylon bristle tips around the metal bristle. For the price, I cannot really complain. It is a full size brush, feels relatively light, and is easy to grip. It used to come in more colors, but now seems to only be available in teal. I am thinking of buying a few more just in case they stop making this and I cannot find another metal bristle with nylon tip brush, especially at this price point.

This hairbrush is awesome!! I’ve been looking for a firm hairbrush for so long, and I finally found it! The bristles are perfect—firm enough to really get through my hair, but gentle at the same time. Every time I use it, it feels like I’m giving my scalp a relaxing massage. My hair feels smoother and my head feels refreshed. Love it!

I hoped it would last longer, but after not even a year a section of the bristles collapsed into the brush. But it went through heavy use and for the most part survived very tangled curly hair. I'm still using it and it still works well, but the dead zone keeps getting bigger. It's a good detangling brush, and the handle grip has been very comfortable. Good for the price, now that I know what to expect

Metal bristles were exactly what I was looking for, they seem to cut down on static in my hair. Overall the brush feels a little firmer than the one it’s replacing but I’d imagine it will break in and get softer with time
