My favourite power bank
I love anker products, and I know that I can always rely on them for reliability and quality. That’s why I decided to get this power bank, as I’ve had enough of my phone always having little to no battery whenever I need to use it the most. And I’ve got to say, this little power bank has exceeded my expectations!First, I’ll start by clearing some of the negative reviews. The “remaining time” on the screen is indicating how long the internal battery of the power bank will take to drain or charge fully, it doesn’t show the amount of time until your device is fully charged. Also, some people are getting caught by the labels on the back reading “5000mah”, but if you look next to it, it says 2 pieces which means 2x 5000mah cells. The reason why Anker haven’t put 10000mah on the back of the battery is because the two cells are in series instead of parallel. With that out of the way, it’s time for my review.I love this power bank. A lot. I don’t regret buying it one bit, and I take it everywhere with me. The 10000mah capacity is also more than enough for me, as I only use it to charge my iPhone 12 Pro or sometimes the Samsung S10+. It does get a little warm whilst charging, but I think that’s natural for a power bank. When I charge the iPhone and the Samsung at the same time, it disables the fast charging and goes down to 5v, but it’s still super fast! However, it does get a bit warm. It charges my iPhone rapidly, as fast as the anker 65w plug! It gets me from 25% to 70% in around 25 minutes, and the power bank would still have enough to charge my phone 2 more times. On the samsung, it shows Fast charging, and on a more recent samsung (I tested the s21+) it shows super fast charging, so the 30w power is more than enough for me. It couldn’t charge my dell Inspiron however, as it kept charging then stopping, but I don’t think it should be used as a power bank for laptops anyway. Now let’s talk about the size! When I unboxed it, I couldn’t believe how small it actually was! It’s very small and compact, which makes it really easy to slip in your pocket. I still can’t get over how small it is, especially for 10000mah.Now the charging speeds. In one of the pictures, you can see that the power bank charges at a rate of around 22 watts (using the anker 65w), and it estimates the amount of time until it is fully topped up at that current charge rate. This thing charges up super fast, which is really handy for me whenever I need to use it.Overall I really love this thing. Anker have really impressed me with this power bank. 5 stars from me!Edit: Unfortunately whilst trying to charge my phone, the power bank failed after 2 months of use. However, this is my fault on my part as later I discovered that the phone's charging port is shorted. I won't decrease the rating as it has served me good and is very high quality, but it doesn't seem to offer short circuit protection. I have contacted Anker support about this issue and hopefully I can get this issue resolved.Edit 2: I’m happy to say that the customer service from anker was absolutely phenomenal. They helped me resolve my issue and issued me another power bank of the same exact model. The new power bank works just like my old one did, i am super happy with the customer service with anker. 5 stars all the wayEdit 3: I actually found out that this little power bank was able to charge my ASUS tuf dash f16 laptop at around 30-31 watts. It is quite a tough little guy! However, judging by the display, it’ll last for around an hour, which definitely won’t be enough to fully charge a laptop. I would only use it in case of emergencies, but nice to know that it works. And as for the aforementioned dell inspiron, it charges that too when it is fully shut down at a rate of 33 watts. However it does get quite warm, which is expected.

Great little power bank
I decided to upgrade my old USB A power bank for one with 2 * USB C and this hit the right price point. Charges up in less than an hour and charges my iPhone1 15 Pro Max about twice from full. Looks nice and the digital display is useful when telling you how long it will be until fully charge, and how long it will take to charge whatever is plugged in

Great for travel
This has a very quick charging speed and weighs less then most high quality power bank. I love traveling with it as it’s got many functionality’s and I was surprised how cheap this was for what it is .

Very slow recharge but fast drainage in charging devices
I thought Anker made very good ear buds and should be able to make good power bank and so I decided to purchase the product for a trial after I read the comments. First of all, the size and weight attracts me. And the screen display of battery power is a neat feature. It also designed to cater to the need of recharging of small devices like smart watches and all you need is to press the power button for a few seconds to change the charging mode for these devices. After recharging the product, I began my first usage of the power bank by charging my Android phone from 30%. The charging time is about 2 hours, which is marginally acceptable. I had tried to minimise the usage of the phone while charging. However, the remaining power of the power bank is about 30% after my phone was fully charged. It just didn't add up! The battery size of my Android phone is 5000maH. 30% of it is 1500 maH and so charging the phone to full power needs 3500 maH from the power bank. How come 3500 maH needs 70% of the capacity of the power bank, which is 7000 maH? It just doesn't add up, unless the battery is faulty. The recharging time is also unbelievably bad. I attached two photos of recharging the power bank. The first one depicted the start of the recharging - 16% at 10:58 pm. The next picture was taken at 3:58 am the next day, which is 5 hours later, the power bank was only charged up to 76% on a 18 W charger. Finally it took over 8 hours to completely recharge the power bank. I think it's totally unacceptable. I had a big size power bank of 26300 maH and recharging it with same 18 W charger from 30% to fully charged took about 6 hours.I also ran another test with the product - charging two phones at the same time, one of which is the Android phone I mentioned above and one iPhone 12. The battery size of the iPhone 12 is about 2100 maH. I found that it can't charge both devices at the same time as advertised. I found the battery of my Android phone was dead while my iPhone was charging slowly.I should have returned it before the expiry of the 30 days free return period but I was sick and hospitalised and forgot about it.Now I have another piece of electronic junk in my drawer and shall be disposed of at suitable recycle port/venue. I would not recommend this product at all and I would give it a 0 star if I could.
