Adequate paper thickness!
The paper used in this organizer is slightly thicker than my last few years, so it looks like you can use a highlighter or felt pen and it won't bleed through to the other side! Although the paper on this organizer is of a different texture, (hard to describe, but it's a more 'matte' finish, like there's no coating at all) and it feels a bit 'cheaper' than some of my other ones of previous years, which were a bit more 'glossy'. Now, if this was a sketchbook, I would prefer this paper for its slight 'tooth' which is great for pencil...But this is all kind of splitting hairs; for 8 or 9 bucks this is a great spiral bound organizer, with a similar layout to my older ones, and in a similar price range.

A household staple
This is an every day staple for me. I’m old fashioned and love to see my schedule in front of me. Perfect size. Perfect amount of room. Good usage of space. Good buy for the money.
