This grill is outstanding! I don't even turn on my gas stove anymore unless I'm boiling something. This Ninja Smoker grills, smokes, air fry, bake, broil and dehydrate. Wow! Be sure to buy you some Teflon liners to save yourself some cleaning. For smoking. I went to Lowe's and got the 20 lbs bag of mixed pellets to use and it give a good flavor for your meats. Make sure to store it in a container that's sealed. Leave the pellets in the bag and set it inside a sealed container. You don't want it to be wet or get moisture in the pellets. Throw away any burned or leftover pellets in the burner. You don't want to burn molded wood pellets into your food. Explore all of the functions it can do. I have my grill setup on my screened-in patio. Now I don't have to stand outside in bad weather grilling. I love it! You will too!

The more I use this, the more I realize this was one of the BEST investments I've made! Living in HOT south Texas, the LAST thing you want to do is use the stove/oven in the kitchen. This bad boy does it ALL! Yesterday used the airfryer for chicken wings; today went to the garden and picked tomatoes/onions/peppers and used the smoker option for a great salsa...really worth the price! (I recommend getting a cover and the stand)

A fantastic barbecue.

Got mine faster than they said. Came wrapped nicely. Now these say refurbished right. New one has 1 year warranty this one has 90 day warranty. I saved 100 bucks by buying this. If anything is wrong with it it will not work right away. Those were my thoughts when purchasing.Now we cooked on it last night and today for lunch. I love it. I know why someone returned it. There is a little dent on the lid. Other than that the thing looks brand new. I think it was a deal. Been wanting one of these for awhile now. So happy I bought this refurbished one.

Received it after dinner yesterday, so used it today, cooking sirloin steaks. I love it already. Easy to use and easy to clean. I have outfitted my kitchen with Ninja products, from knives, pots & pans, coffee maker, blender, mixer, all-in-one foodi, and indoor grill. I trust and rely on my Ninja products daily. If you buy for yourself or as a gift, you cannot go wrong with a Ninja.

Product did not work and kept tripping each fuse in the house no mater where it was plugged in even a dedicated 30 amp plug.Return process was a joke . I had to pay $150.00 to return a Product that didn't even work fresh out of the box. I wonder if they will even refund my purchase price.Not at all happy about this transaction from purchase to return... I recommend NOT to buy anything from this company.

Love this item. Works very well, however wished I had ordered the larger model.
