Yes it is, it is stamped on the bottom brim of the hat. I had to have it inspected by the safety team when I worked in the oil fields.

Snazzy and functional

This is not only good looking, but very functional. It took me a few minutes to figure out the best configuration of the inner framework to sit on my head, but it was very easy to size up/down with the dual.

Badass helmet

Great helmet and nice weight compared to regular helmets. It fits nice and comes functioning properly but I wish it came with ans extra sweat band to interchange with. Safety team had no complaints as it complies with regulations. Great product for the price
