It is heavy and you can only pull the generator if you barely push forward and the handle goes back in.

Couldn’t be happier with this setup. Used on our 30’ Airstream in addition to the Solar on the rig and boondocked for 6 days, no air conditioning and never had to start generator.

Kept my mini fridge, a light and microwave usable during a blizzard.
There was a major storm that knocked power out for nearly 40 hours. Although I didn’t have heat or hot water, I still had a fridge, light, microwave and coffee maker. It ran down to 32% in that timeframe.The only issue I have is that I need to constantly unbind my phone from the unit to make the Bluetooth discoverable.

Would not charge completely to 100%
New out of box would only charge to 80%. Would have kept it if there was a solution to fix the problem. Returned and refunded. I do have a 1500 exporter that serves well

Even works the camper AC
I bought this to use while boondocking in my RV. It is perfect and even runs the AC.

If I didn’t know that it was “renewed” instead of “new” I never would have guessed.
Arrived in excellent condition. No way to even guess it was not new. Purchased as a backup for my ham radio station. Haven’t needed it yet but it’s nice knowing it’s there.

Not worth itGet a gas generator & be donePlus Jackery my whole experience from the product to customer service is a zero!Think only powered 1 tiny heater for 2 hours.Requested return & Jackery said they would sent label for FREE.Lugged that thing to shipper & the FREE “lab wasn’t prepaid”.Contacted Jackery & was told they “emailed a return label to me”DUH - free email but I got to pay out of pocket.Absolutely not!So deceptive & fraudulentSo I had to go “ask for a manager”Prepaid finally sentBut now the package has mysteriously disappeared after being shipped …🤬I know this gonna take forever & im gonna have to speak to the managers manager to get my 🤬 money backThese things cast thousands 🤬🤬🤬🤬STAY AWAY!! from Jack-off-eryDon’t walk RUN!!!

Don't buy a REFURB
It arrived and it worked when plugged into a wall but it would not charge from the solar panel. Their QC must be slipping.
