We used to go to a restaurant in Ofallon Illinois that used this product. As a military family we moved around. So happy to be able to purchase it and also send to our grown sons around the US to bring back memories. You won’t be disappointed. Usually use it on steaks, but surely brings out great flavors on chicken and pork as well.

Whether you are putting this on steak or chicken, or I have even heard of fish, this is a great tasting marinade. We put our steak in it for about 30 minutes and then cook as desired. It helps with out busy life and cuts back so much from the prep time. Recommended.

This is delicious! It’s great because it takes little to no time to marinade and delivers big flavor. I put this on ribeyes or any steak I’m going g to grill a few minutes before I grill and it always turns out great. Also cut onions and put in foil with some dales in foil and toss on the grill to go with the steak and they can’t be beat!

This is the best steak marinade we've ever used and now, it's all we use. It flavors the steak in a little as 30 minutes but can be left longer if you like a bolder taste. We do not grill our steaks without it! There is no need for a steak sauce after prepping it with this seasoning.

I use it on jerky.

Dales is a staple when cooking steaks. They don’t sell it where I am in the PNW so Amazon is an option. Cut it within a little water when marinating overnight. It can be a little salty.
