Everyone is saying they taste good but do tbey actually do anything? Do they work?

They taste too good to be healthy. I simply don't understand how they don't have sugar. I also don't understand how they're vitamins. The incredible taste makes me skeptical as to what I'm actually eating. Im to the point in which Im wondering whether it's safe for me to eat so many, since Im consuming way beyond the serving size as if they're actual candy.

Do they contain calcium?

I searched the label and calcium is not included. I take my vitamins with buttermilk and ingest calcium with milk.

Do they have any fish oil in them

Be careful

Taste is marginal. No difference felt energy wise. If you take more than recommended, you will be sorry. Worst gas pains ever. I highly recommend REAL food, not this.
