Wasn’t too bad and there was a tiny dent on the box which I’m not bothered about personally, the monitor came in good condition however the cables were kind of falling out of packets.Still not a serious problem I just would’ve enjoyed the security of them kept safe in their bags. The monitor is great, I got a curved monitor and putting it together was easy and quick. Good game quality but no sound from the monitor. I’m not used to this so it’s not a big problem. I was just a bit surprised. I’ve always had a TV so seeing a monitor with no speakers or a way to turn up the volume or turn the monitor on was still very new to me, especially no remote but I guess this IS a monitor. However I did enjoy it and it was a good purchase.

I have 2 KOORUI screens now, This one (31.5 Inch) and the 24 Inch screen, I use the 24 Inch as my main and this one (31.5 Inch) to switch as my third monitor or for my partner To use when she stays around to connect her PS5 Into, It works a treat for watching videos/movies/series in bed and gaming both from my PC rig and my partners PS5.However Im not here to talk about my setup, I never expected KOORUI to exceed my expectations for a gaming screen until now with two of them, I expect all my monitors now will be KOORUI as so far they just seem incredibly durable, Im not gonna beat around the bush - im a stupid gamer, I get angry - when I get angry I sometimes punch the screen (Yes im basically a twig but I've still gone through a fare few monitors)....Both the 24inch and 31.5 inch screen...Both Monitors are still up at kicking like they are brand new, heck it hurts me more than it hurts the monitor if I hit it to the point I dont lash out that much anymore because it hurts xD, KOORUI has not only provided an incredible monitor for gaming but a durable one that is teaching me not to lash out and just to get up and take a breather cause otherwise it hurts xDOverall top set of monitors, cant wait to replace my first monitor with another and most likely get a few more in the future when I build my partners PC Rig, Honestly dont think I'll go elsewhere, I cant speak high enough of these things, they are brilliantNow I will mention they arnt exactly the best for energy efficiency but overall I've not had any issues since getting either of the monitors and moving them around is simple and easy,they come with their own stands however you are able to connect them up to other monitor mounts with relative ease - sometimes needing a few extra washers here and there to guarantee a secure fit but it is what it is,they also can be a bit weighty, the 31.5inch monitor does slightly tilt my dual monitor stand but that is more because there is a weight and size difference between the 24 and 31.5 inch monitors so its a swings and roundabouts thing but I will say try and avoid dropping it at all, they maybe durable but trust me - your feet aint xD - it hurts

took me a while to figure all the modes and setting but honestly is brilliant for gaming on any console or pc.

I had a huge rigmarole when I first bought this as I was sent one that simply did not turn on. One of the rare times Prime really let me down with returns, it was honestly super stressful to get a replacement and get rid of the initial one (Evri are awful in my area).Also, a couple of times since (now 8 months) I've thought it was dead a couple of times; turns out the power cable it comes with is very finicky and flimsy. This may have been the problem with the initial model.Furthermore, it's also a massive struggle to insert your HDMI and power lead into blind without looking as they're in an upside down dipped area which is hard to get your fingers into. They also do not seat very well. Some slight snagging (like from my footstool) can loosen the connection.Finally, the default brightness/colour modes are nearly all eye-searing and I had to use my AMD control panel to warm the colour and reduce the brightness.As a monitor, though, it's perfectly fine if you want a 1080p curved monitor for a budget conscious price. The curve works well, the response time is fine, the image is good. The stand, surprisingly, has metal reinforcement and is much more solid than it first appears in the images here.

So, I just got it today. I am flabbergasted at how amazing this monitor is especially for th3 price. I would recommend this highly to anyone looking for a new monitor. It had exceeded my standard and I will be buying more products from koorui.
