I am writing this review to share my personal experience using this orthopedic pillow set that I have purchased from A2ZCOMFY on Amazon.I like this orthopedic pillow set because this set came with four wedge memory foam pillows, each pillow was designed to provide support and comfort to different areas of my body such as my back, head, neck, shoulder, and legs in a variety of positions.These wedge memory foam pillows have an ergonomic curved design that fits the contours of my body perfectly. Therefore, I will break down how I have been using each of these pillows:Small Head Pillow: This pillow provides excellent support to my head and neck when I'm seated. What is more, I have discovered that this small head pillow can support my lumbar when I am lying down with my back against the mattress. And I have been placing this head pillow right underneath my lower back since it is versatile, breathable, comfortable, and fits just right in the gap that had between my mattress and my lower back.The base pillow: Helps support my back, head, neck and shoulders, as well as supports the back pillow.Back Pillow: The back pillow supports my back, neck, head, and shoulders, and it feels so soft and comfortable on my back that this back pillow has become a must-have for me, especially if I am reading or working for a long time.Leg Pillow: After a long day of work, my legs often need some relief, and this leg pillow does provide some needed comfort and rest to my legs. Additionally, this leg pillow becomes a handy laptop support when I am sitting upright and place my laptop right in front of me which I appreciate.I also like that these wedge pillows are so versatile that I have been using them in different positions. These memory foam pillows are not just for the bed; I have used them on my sofas and even on the floor. Whether I am reading a book, sitting, sleeping, working, or just relaxing and watching a movie, these memory foam pillows enhance my comfort significantly.These memory foam pillows also came with soft and breathable covers that can be easily removed and washed, making maintenance a breeze for me.The non-slip design on the bottom of the pillows is another thoughtful touch. It ensures that the pillows stay securely in place, so I don’t have to constantly adjust them.I personally found these pillows breathable, comfortable, lightweight, and easy to move around, so I quickly adjust the pillows to make myself comfortable whether I am using them on my bed, my sofas, or on the floor, these memory foam pillows have become essential for my daily comfort.Therefore, I am pleased with these four wedge memory foam pillows, because of their ergonomic design, versatility, ease of care, and they feel comfortable on my body and help support my back, shoulders, legs, and neck whether I am working, reading, or simply relaxing.

This has been a lifesaver after pituitary tumor resection surgery. I'm soooo glad I bought this. I'm 3 weeks post op and still sleeping and napping with it every day. It also has allowed my dogs to sleep with me without endangering my nose. I had to push the dogs away the first couple of nights to give them the idea to stay low enough, but my head is elevated enough that they safely sleep with me each night. I have 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels (for idea of size of dog).This is very comfortable and I don't know what I would have done without it. It's really keeps my head elevated, but I can sink down lower on it if I want to sleep a little lower overnight. It's very comfortable.

I realized after having to have an unexpected abdominal surgery in the hospital recovering that I definitely wasn’t going to be moving and sleeping normally anytime soon. I realized that the adjustable bed in the hospital was making me more comfortable and that when I was discharged I didn’t have this at home. These pillows to the rescue. Also, I have a bad lower and upper back so I knew I was in trouble. The first good nights sleep I have had since being home was the night they were delivered.The small lumbar pillow is tperfect. It’s not too big not too small ad because the whole system is good quality memory foam it is very forgiving, it easily slides up and down to change into the correct angle. But it holds its place and I’m a restless sleeper.The Leg angle is great because it isn’t attached so it doesn’t matter if you are tall or short you can fit. My mum who is 4’ 11” uses it every night for in home dialysis. When the time comes, I will get a set for my Dad because it will help prevent bed sores as well.Pros: adjustable, soft, comfortable, well manufactured, zip off covers on every pillow for washing, memory foam. Easy to use and clean, prevents bedsores, works!Cons: covers attract lint and animal furFeature I’d pay for: heating and cooling in the whole pillow system. Like an electric mistress pad with no lumps I already have. It would revolutionize the back pillow industry.

I bought this to help recover from an abdominal surgery where I was required to sleep on my back. As a side sleeper, I was worried about staying prone, and this helped me and supported my back and kept my legs elevated. The quality is nice. Only complaint is the neck pillow kept slipping off the back wedge

I use every piece of this wedge system. The design is perfect for your back, neck, legs and holding things on your lap. They are soft but firm and there is no smell. I had a double mastectomy and love this purchase.

I highly recommend this set if you’re having any type of surgery. Originally I purchased it for my mom who has a bone disease to help her sit easier. But I have also used parts of it after having varicose vein surgery and a hysterectomy. The support the cushions provide is excellent in just the right spots. Since you can adjust the cushions into so many different ways this is what makes them so versatile.

I ordered this set to use after major surgery, during which I wouldn't be able to side-sleep or shift position. The neck pillow was difficult to get in just the right spot, so I'd either have neck pain and headaches or end up sliding down a bit during the night and would wake up with awful lower back pain. The back cushion is really firm, so I couldn't comfortably get by without the neck cushion. Just didn't feel like much winning, but I'm not sure any other set would've been much better.The best I can say for it is that it did in fact keep me from trying to roll in my sleep. The knee pillow offered a nice level of elevation. And the bumpy under surface helped keep the cushions from sliding over the sheets at night. I was only too happy to not have to use them anymore, but they got the job done.
