I suggest the l size. We are about the same height and weight, size L feels a bit looser overall, depending on your style of dress, they also have a size chart you can refer to.

Comfortable and breathable, traceless and skin-friendly, that's how I describe it. The whole body is very comfortable.

Q: what is the inseam of these?

About a 3 inch inseam. They look longer in the picture but not when you put them on. I'm ordering the longer ones, too, that look about 6 inches.
