Great baking mat for human treats and pet treats
I bought these to make pet treats with, it works well and makes a lot of treats for cats because it’s such a large size. I believe this would also be great for dog training treats as well. Using them in the oven was easy I put them in a baking sheet to keep the mats flat, it baked evenly. This saves me a lot of money on treats, u know what is in them when you make your own and so you get a healthier treat for your pet. The mat is smooth and silicon not sticky like some can be.

It will be too hot to handle when it comes out of the oven
I've used it with pork chops,chicken wings, and fries it works great with everything, if you don't use a dishwasher like me, then as I discovered you should put it in hot soapy water immediately, and let it soak.

Odd size.
Not long enough for 16 inch cookie sheet. Too wide for shorter cookie sheet.

Works GREAT for bacon and potato chips!
We've used this mat to cook bacon in the oven, and also to make potato chips in the microwave. The little pyramids keep the food off the surface to keep things from getting soggy. Microwave potato chips are crispy and delicious. And the bacon...well, duh, it's bacon! :)Be prepared that it's a little floppy...you'll probably need a sheet pan to get it into and out of the microwave without spilling your potato chips. But it's PERFECT for that application.Drops in the dishwasher for effortless cleaning. Great product at a great price!
