Cheap but Effective! (for me)
Works on my citizen watches, super quiet, no motor to burn out like cheap box-winders. I'm sure some watched won't work like other reviewers mention, but it served my needs perfectly, especially at this super cheap price!

Works well! Recommend!
Works well! Was not hard to assemble. Had a 20 year old Seiko Kinetic Auto-relay watch that I hadn't used in many years, was doing the 2 second jump meaning charging capacitor was not charging. Thought it was doomed, but put it on this for about 12 hours and is now working great!

A decent value and looks like it will work for my Seiko Kinetic watch
Not bad for the price. Most of the device is plastic, but it does have metal bearings at the critical pivot points, and the plastic seems reasonably strong if the user is careful. The indicator lights show the selected setting for the timer, but aren't obvious without the instructions, and the instructions are only fair in quality. I believe the design will be effective in charging my Seiko Kinetic watch since it mimics the motion of the watch when it is worn on the owner's wrist. This winder isn't as quiet as another one I tried since the device leaves the watch exposed and the watch itself makes a gentle sound as the winding gears are engaged. The winder does have the ability to fit a good range of wristband diameters, and some extra pads are included to adapt it for users with larger wrists. Overall, I'd call it a decent, functional winder for the price.

Use only with small, light waches
It was working fine, though you cnnot control the speed. Some watches have pendulums that are a bit stiff and don't move well because this product moves very faat. One day I found it broken because it couldn't take the weight of a larger watch.

It really works !.
This magnetic pulse rocking chair winder is the real deal for my self winder watches. My other winder still performs but this winder is a must BUY !.

I can't even believe it
I don't have a massive collection, but all of my watches are autos. As such, I've had a handful of winders that do the whole 360 deg. rotation in varied directions, and they don't seem to wind some of my chronographs which are simply outfitted with barely modified Valjoux 7750 movements. However, within 5 minutes on this winder, every watch in my collection would begin moving its seconds hand. This is a great piece, and I hope it lasts a long time, as I love the premise of it's design, using magnetic push-pull.Get it now, it's fantastic. Not a paid endorsement, did not receive anything for free...it really does a great job.Edit: The only thing I'd change, after having it a few months, is the spring tension on the retainer. It's not only tough adding and removing a watch from it, but I'd imagine it's placing some unnecessary pressure on the watch, regardless of the pendulum swing velocity.

This thing is awesome for kinetic watches but read the instructions
The media could not be loaded. This thing works great for a Seiko Coutura with a Kinetic movement I recently came to possess. This technology has been sort of phased out in favor of solar watches. I guess normal watch winders won't charge them up, before discovering this someone had said the only way to get it fully charged was to wear it for 6 weeks. It's also pretty quiet, its rhythmic sound is pretty much just coming from the sound of the rotor wheel inside of my watch. I could easily fall asleep with this right next to my head. The instructions are difficult to get through, because they're basically a wall of text in 4 different languages but they're important. Here are some things I had trouble with:1: the machine has the capacity for 2 watches but one side has a weight pre-installed. If you haven't added your watch, the weight will make the pendulum off balance during testing. The weight just sort of blends in but it's obvious which side it's on if you're paying attention.2: put the arms that hold the pendulum in so that the distance between the cradle is the shortest. That's going to be with the long tabs facing out.3: The machine has a timer, if you press the button 1 it turns on, 2x you just set it for an hour, you can do up to 12 presses to get it to a 12 hour time limit. Mine seems to stop after a few hours after just doing the 1x button, so it might be that there is a default time built in, I'm not quite sure, but regardless it has sufficiently recharged my Seiko to showing more than 1 month in reserve.

Automatic watch winder
This thing is awesome so far. I'm using it for a Seiko so I can't say how it works on other automatic watches. It will run for several hours, even over 24 hours sometimes, but it will shut itself off occasionally. That's ok because I really don't need the thing to wind the watch longer than that. The price is right and it can wind two watches.
