The Body Shop Satsuma Body Lotion, 8.4 Fl Oz

My husband refer to those rough, nasty patches and scaly sand papery joints as unlovely bits. I have always loved Body Shop, but there isn't one near me. I can tell you that they still have at least this one great product. The "hand" is non-greasy and soaks right in. Leaves my skin immediately smoother and, well, lovelier. The scent is the familiar cocoa butter, but doesn't have that just baked overwhelming smell. Very nice product.

If you like Satsuma this is Satsuma at it's best. The lotion is creamy smooth and nicely scented but not overpowering. It is not sticky at all and it's high heat & humidity here right now. So pleased with my purchase. Will definitely buy again.

Love this grapefruit lotion!!! I also have the grapefruit body wash as well. These two together are the perfect sizes for your toiletry bag when travelling. I love that this is a true grapefruit scent and not mixed with anything else like mint or other citrus. I've tried other grapefruit lotions in the past and they have smelled terrible and artificial. The Body Shop got this right!!! The lotion moisturizes enough but I do wish it moisturized my skin a bit more. I mostly use it for the scent as I don't use a perfume or body spray.

I love this format of moisturizer. As someone with dry skin, I KNOW I need to moisturize, but regular body lotion seems so clogging and sticky, and makes me feel like my skin can’t breathe, especially in the summer humidity. I feel like this is the best compromise, I don’t loathe moisturizing and the scent is divine so that helps.

I bought the body butter somewhere else and it smelled amazing. Smelled soGood we bought the same fragrance on Amazon but the lotion form instead of the body butter because it was slightly cheaper. I should have bought the body butter. Although the lotion smells fantastic, it does not moisturize properly. It gets soaked up real fast which I thought was a good thing. However, now I realize it dried my hands and body out.Again it smells fantastic but if you want something better buy the body butter instead (now that product deserves 6/5 stars) even if it costs a few more bucks!

I have really sensitive skin on my legs and this lotion works very well and is very, very moisturizing. Made my skin soooo smooth and silky. I took off a star (if I could do half stars I would, so I would really rate it 4.5/5) because the smell was sort of weird. It smells like strawberries but also kind of off lol. Not a bad kind of off, just kinda off if that makes sense lol.Also the scent is really strong, which doesn’t bother me personally but I feel is important to note for anyone who is sensitive to strong scents. It’s also a little sticky but that goes away in about 1-2 minutes.

This really is a sweet product. Smells great. I had a product we picked up in Punta Cana on vacation at a spa that was the best feel and smell ever, but that is not offered retail. This comes the closest to that one so far. I discovered that the real actual component in Mango fruit that is a beneficial part of lotion, has no smell. So if you want it to both smell and work like mango, be sure to read the details on the package.

Love the protective packaging and protective cap it came with so contents will not leak or spill. LOVE THE SCENT!!! Wish I could find this in body cream as well. The scent is light and citrus and refreshing. Would buy again.
