Great quality, long lasting if you take care of them. They do not leave any residue. Light and comfortable. Well worth the price

good purchase. these are better than low quality
i like these. the adhesive stays in place, not messy like some bulk electrodes. better quality than the lowest you would find. you do have to make sure you alcohol the skin to get any oils off as the adhesive after one use becomes significantly less gripping. i usually have paper tape with me just in case. the longer electrodes are great for covering larger muscle areas.
