I use this along with the sunflower pills (same brand name). They both have saved me from giving up breastfeeding and pumping due to extreme pain and mastitis. I use this spray for my elvie pumps. One spray is MORE than enough per pump, per session. It makes a WORLD of difference in the comfort level when it comes to pumping which in return allows me to relax. The more relaxed you are the longer you pump, the more milk you produce. I will continue to buy this until my very last day that I pump. I wish I knew about this from day one that I pumped. It would have saved me from having a lot of pain.- P.S. : yes it is a bit oily. After every use I do wash my pumps with a pencil tip amount of soap and filtered water and it gets most of the remaining oil off of the pump after every session :)

I want to give this product 5 stars but it doesn't quite deserve it.Pros: Effective, virtually no scent, large bottleCons: leaked in box in transit, less of a "mist" spray and more of a stream spray.I think overall I'd try a different brand next time to see of the mist vs stream spray would make any difference for me.

Works okay. Love that it helps sooth the soreness but HOLY CRAP DOES IT LEAK LIKE CRAZY! loosing more product than anything else. Maybe a new way to package?

I could not recommend this enough! I’m an exclusively pumping mom to my baby born at 27 weeks and 3 days! He’s in the nicu still and can only have breast milk. I pump all the time about 5-8 times a day. Without this spray my nipples were sore and the friction was so bad it hurt and I was crying! I found this at Walmart for 17 dollars for 2 oz and LOVE IT! When I found this on Amazon for 4 oz for 25$ I knew I had to get it. This stuff makes pumping so much more comfortable and honestly lasts a really long time! One or two sprays and you’re good! I’m not usually the type to right reviews but for this I will. My advice is don’t hesitate to get it!
