There were no blemishes on either side of my board. A reviewer mentioned marbles rolling out of the holes. That's surely a problem if you even breathe on the original carboard game board, but these holes were perfectly good for the game pieces. Other reviewers didn't care for the marbles and replaced them with heavier ones. They suited me just fine.Best: The board is attractive. It is 2-sided for easy/harder play. It's lightweight to carry on vacations. It comes with a sleeve that you can lay your board on so that the reverse side doesn't get scratched by the surface it's sitting on.Very pleased!

The first 4 photos are the first board I received. It was just loose in its box with no bubble wrap. It was dinged and scratched up pretty bad. I sent it back for a replacement and I'm glad I did. The new one was in a bubble wrap sleeve and is pretty much perfect condition minus a few very small dents that aren't even noticeable. The last 3 pictures are of the new board and of the marbles and dice. The marble on the right and the small dice are what comes with the board. The marbles on the left are some I picked up in the toy isle at Walmart for 3 or 4 dollars that are what I would call common size marbles, around the 16mm size. The big dice in the picture is also a normal size dice,16mm. The dice and marbles that come with the board are usable if that's all you have but you'll probably want to pick up some larger ones. Board is solid and feels like real wood but based on the first board I got; it looks like the finish is a veneer layer rather than a stain. Comes with a bag to store the board in and a bag to store the marbles in.

The dice that came with it are super small, might want to buy separate dice, but love the game

Had a dinner and game night with the kids. This game was a blast. You won’t regret buying this game. Live how it has two sides for extra players.

I was looking for a less expensive version of a “Dirty Marbles” board. We had played this game at a friend’s house on a homemade Etsy board and it was so much fun. I wanted to get my parents a board, but balked at the $150 price tag. When this came, I was shocked at its small size (1/3 the size I was expecting) and cheap marbles. For travel and camping this would be great, but for family gatherings it falls woefully short. Also seems very overpriced for what it is. I’m returning it and looking for homemade, which I should have done in the first place.
