Very effective at combing and trapping fleas!Works well on short fur lengths, but not as much for dense, thicker fur as it doesn’t get through knots as well as other combs. Love how there different comb lengths, amazing quality for the price.

The small blue with metal teeth works so damn well with kitten fleas, I've been putting flea treatments on my cats... Most it worked with but my Calico kitten seemed to have a lot, this comb worked amazingly and brought most of them out of her fur so quick and easily (I put hot water with washing up liquid and Bugaluu flea shampoo into a dish and put any flea that I pulled out into that.. it killed them quickly) will definitely recommend A****

We don't have lice here so this review is about fleas.. My newest fur baby came from the animal rescue with a load of friends. I had NO fleas in the house or on my other kitty before that... We now have them everywhere, on everyone.. I am fighting a rearguard action to get rid of them and it is NOT easy, not least because most of the really effective stuff for killing the fleas, harms everyone else as well.. One of the most useful things in the battle, especially after treatments, has been these combs. I love that there is a variety of lengths as one of my kities has a thick, long double coat. The trick when using them is how to get the fleas off the comb before they all leap off - on you, the cat, the floor and anywhere else they can get to.. That's been fun. Doing it on the side of the kitchen sink, with a bit of water in the bowl - with fairy liquid in the water = brilliant flea killer, it turns out - and just dunk the comb straight in the water on each pass that comes up with passengers - and on with the job. Won't get all of them, because they can hide in some delicate places, but will help keep the numbers down, while you work out the other remedies - both for your pets and the house.. Very pleased with them - highly recommended, including for the price.
