Spenco Diabetic Insole Trim to Fit for Cushioning, Reduced Friction, Foot discomfort and All Day Comfort

These help, they are nicely cushioned and have some arch support. One of the better pairs I've bought over the years.

GREAT FOR MY DIABETIC FEET

They are OK. I little hard to cut. I used a box cutter with a new blade. Great on the heel cushioning. Used them in a pair of Duckfeet which are kind of roomy with a wide and tall toe box. Will probably get another pair for Clark Desert Treks because they're similar in style. Wouldn't use them in regular dress boots though. I'm a little concerned there isn't enough cushioning at the ball of the feet.

I dont have diabetic neuropathy, but as someone who has neuropathy due to nerve damage I need heavy cushioning. Being that I could see through the packaging I could tell that these insoles were huge and with the amount of trimming needed there would not be anything left of the heel cups.These are way oversized.

My husband is a large man and a diabetic. These work great on his shoes.

These replaced Walkheros. I like these much better because of the foam surface. The top foam layer is thin. I'm not sure how long it will last. The custom orthotics place where i get my custom insoles uses the same foam but they use a thicker layer. They usually last 1-2 years. I don't know how long these will last. I just started using them indoors for break-in.
