They have a orange flavor and chew very easily, in fact you don't have to chew them, as they will dissolve in a few minutes, if you'd rather make sure they get fully absorbed into your system.The packaging with this 2-bottle kit is really nice. The bottles are placed in a small box with two cutouts for the bottles. Each bottle is then sealed externally with plastic wrap, and again under the lid with a foil seal. The plastic wrap is a bit difficult to remove without scissors.This a marine-based collagen, containing multiple types of fish. The amount of collagen is relatively small compared to a powdered product. A daily serving of two gummies contains 0.1g, compared to a typical tablespoon of bovine collagen powder that contains 20g of collage peptides.

these taste good; they don’t taste fishy or artificial. i feel like i’m eating candy rather than a supplement. this is due to the taste as well as the the ingredients and nutrition label. 2 gummies have 5 grams of sugar and 100mg of collagen. that means these have more sugar than regular gummy bears and far less collagen than capsule or powder supplements. research on collagen supplementation had people taking at least 2.5g (2500mg) a day. though biotin is mentioned in the item name, it is not mentioned anywhere on the bottle, so i don’t know whether this actually contains biotin, and if it does, how much it has. these are currently listed at $27 for 2 bottles, a total of 120 gummies. if you want a candy with a little bonus of collagen, these are for you. for $27, you could get a lot more candy or a supplement with much more collagen.

Personally, I didn’t find these to be worth the extra sugar content. They were grainy and an unpleasant texture and the taste wasn’t that wonderful despite all the added sugars. I’ll stick to the powder in my morning tea.
