I have a very hard time taking iron, and I haven't taken iron that I need for this exact reason. When i first purchased this I was nervous, but was surprised when the taste wasn't that bad. The aftertaste was a little uncomfortable but I quickly got used to it. Now, I don't even taste any iron-y after taste and am very happy with this supplement. I have reordered it and will keep using it as its the best I've found! Doesn't irritate my stomach at all, and my energy levels and symptoms have greatly improved.

If only I were able to get this one all the time this is the much better tasting one and it actually works sometimes it's not available though so then you're stuck getting some other junk one that tastes like iron and taste like grittiness and worst of all tastes like chemicals but this one this one tastes yummy

My daughter is uses these for an iron deficiency and they have helped so much. In mood and energy

I knew if I tried to order gummy iron vitamins, I might end up with something . . . different. After all, “gummy” and “iron” are almost opposites, so trying to marry the two could quickly go wrong—like someone rapping in a country song. Well, being somewhat adventurous, I took a chance. I ate my first one while my husband was telling me about his day, and when I bit into it, I was immediately sorry for every sin I’d ever committed because clearly these vitamins are penance sent from another dimension. I tried to act like I wasn’t dying inside while my unknowing spouse chatted about co-workers and deadlines. Instead of spitting it out, I maintained eye contact and made myself eat the darn thing. I thought that would be the grown-up thing to do. What a dum-dum I am.—First and foremost, the consistency is NOT anything resembling “gummy.” There is no “spring back” like there is with other gummy vitamins. Your tooth will cut right through it and you’ll feel every grainy molecule along the way. I can only describe this texture as what might happen if you took grape jelly from around the edge of the jar lid—the old dried-up stuff—and formed it into some sort of gum drop shape and then voluntarily put it in your mouth.—The taste—it wasn’t bad at first, sort of a make-believe grape—but after I drank a bunch of water to wash the vitamin down, it basically left a metallic taste that said “You done messed up—for real.”—The only uses I can think of for these:1. Punishment2. Dares3. A litmus test to see who’s crazy

Update: Changed from 5 stars to 3. This last order tastes different! Kind of tastes like dirty beets. Yuck. Still a good iron supplement so I'll continue to use them. Hope the next order tastes better!Original Review:This is the 1st gummy iron supplements I've found. Good taste & easy to digest. Had them on my auto ship order but the price went up so much Amazon removed them from my order. Im not put yet and hoping they put the price back to where it was so Amazon will keep it in my next shipment.

This gummy has a great grape flavor. A great way to get iron in a gummy form.
