Waaay exceeded my expectations
I'm normally a person who thinks if something is over the counter, it's not gonna be good - like Rxs are the only way to go but in this case, I feel differently, I was surprised. I took two last night and I was asleep within ten minutes. I have been taking two 5mg melatonin of another brand for a couple months now and switching to these is VERY noticeable. I'm gonna stick to this brand and this dosage. Best melatonin I've ever taken.
