Great Vest!
Bought this to replace a government issued vest. Very reasonable price, and the pockets, D-ring, and blaze orange are just tremendous improvements over the other vest. I was more comfortable, felt safer, and could carry things (like extra ear plugs) that I couldn't in the other pocketless vest.

Very durable, very comfortable, lots of pockets
UPDATE:AUG 8, 2025THERE IS NO FARADY POCKETLater, I discovered the actual reason my phone did not respond. It is not related to the material in the pocket.Take the time to read through the listing description and scroll down for photos with more details descriptions and a specifications page with more information. There's a lot of stuff in this vest that seems to be durable and very useful. Including a clear face ID / badge pocket with a separator inside to put other things behind it that are not visible. Best best I've ever worn or seen.

A good safety vest
Quality is good. The zipper is pretty robust. The pockets are AWESOME. There are some concerns. The stitching needs to be reinforced in some areas like in the shoulder area and hand pockets. The major concern is that it holds in heat VERY well. Next version you might want to incorporate a mesh type design for heat to dissipate and let air flow through easily.

A good buy!
Great fit. I prefer the black over any colored vests and this particular style is perfect for my warehouse. They last a decent amount of time so I’d recommend this one for sure.

Unexpectedly High Quality...
I picked this up, because I needed a high visibility outer layer that'd fit over my late fall/early winter camping layers, and I needed it THAT DAY (yeah, planning not my forte). The price was right, and the shipping would have it in my bag on time, so I ordered it thinking if it survives one trip, I'm happy, and I'll get my act a little more together next time and find my forever-solution later. No need. This is a keeper. Mad love on the pockets and overall greatness of this thing!I was pleasantly surprised at how high quality the entire product experience was. Below are each of the main features and what I found nice or outright impressive about them.- Packaging: really nice - heavy PVC resealable bag- Main Body/Pocket Fabric: lightweight and not stiff or crunchy like other inexpensive safety vests I've had the displeasure of being required to wear- Main Reflective Tape: not stiff and doesn't hold a nasty crease, does not cause vest to hang weird even when it's been folded up for a long time- Pockets: all well cut multi-piece construction, well finished with good closures** (more on the epic pockets below)- Finishing: both the piping edging the pocket flaps and the soft bias tape lining the garment edges is reflective, stitching is good and even, zippers, velcro and snaps well attached** OMFG THE POCKETS! These are by far the best features, and they make me wish they made this vest in not-safety-colors and in a small, I'd add a couple to my general camping and outdoor activity wardrobe in a heartbeat. All these pockets and only 8.8oz! I didn't realize (probably because I didn't really read the details... I was seeking solutions right now not shopping for the platonic ideal in form, function and price, here) that the chest pockets were so well designed - Left Chest is divided into a front and back double compartment, front has clear PVC window for ID, or could hold most phones upside down for quick glances and easy reach. Right Chest has a flap that conceals a flat zipper pocket, a key/lanyard ring, a smaller flap closure pocket, and a pen pocket (not sure if it'll hold a flat carpenter's pencil, but I suspect it will). The hip pockets are both really good sized, and have a snap closure. They're plastic snaps, but they lock decently, and they keep the weight down. Yeah I've become one of those.Disclaimer Note: This may not be a daily driver safety vest for everyone. The lightweight material and pocket-laden design makes me super happy, because I am 5'4" and my main who is also my campmate of choice is 6'4". Watching me scrabble up the trail after him must be like watching a corgi chase a German Shepherd through a shutzhund obstacle course... maybe I should use this thing every trip, so when I stroke out chasing him up the trail he can find me quicker... anyway, I love the lightweight because I am adding this over winter layers and/or loading it into a pack to drag (yes drag, and I mean the pack and myself, real talk, a quarter mile in fully-laden I'm sucking wind chasing his tall a$$) miles uphill to camp. That same lightweight design may not be as desirable for someone doing heavy outdoor manual labor daily. I imagine you'd probably need a replacement about quarterly at minimum doing most construction work day to day. I also suspect the pockets wouldn't be so desirable to a lot of construction laborers, because they'd get hung up on equipment if the vest was cut to be loose in summer and fit around a jacket or coat in winter, especially in winter with a jacket that makes everything stick out that much more. Just something to be aware of if you're ordering for a daily driver, so to speak. That said, for how nice it is I could be totally wrong it may last years, my experience with this particular type of fabric is limited, or at under $20 a throw maybe you just order a handful at a time and call it a wear and tear part. I think J.K even sells a discounted 5-Pack of these bad boys, so you and all your friends can match, or you get a year plus daily use supply. Win either way.

Cars avoided me!
I've been weed-eating along the street in front of my farm for nearly 10 years now. I'm careful, especially with cars regularly sailing through the 25 MPH section at 40 MPH or faster. But I bought three vests before a large event here for which I needed people to help direct parking. Before the event, though, I took one of the vests out for a "test drive" as I used the weed-eater again along the street. With the vest, oh, my gosh, cars moved so far away from me. I've never felt so seen!I was still careful, and still watched as I worked. But now I'm wishing I'd bought at least one years ago!At the event, too, more than one person told me how easy it was to park and how easy it was to see who was there (yellow vests!) to direct them. And the vests have helpful pockets, too. One of the parking people mentioned those, and I used them myself when I was up by the street.Hurray for these yellow vests! Great, inexpensive option when you want something to make sure you're seen from afar. They worked!

Very high quality material and bright enough to see at night.
Very good quality, it is good for night time walk in your subdivision and for emergency road as well.

Runs small
Runs small. I'm that to give up on buying safety vests they this company. This is the third best that I bought from them within the past 2 months. The first one zipper ripped right away. The second one I bought bigger, which practically hung on me and the seam of the zipper still ripped and the pocket ripped. This one I bought because a co-worker said it was good quality but it ran very small for me even though I got a 3x although I usually wear a 2x. Hopefully it doesn't ripe. I can't keep spending money on safety vests.
