Was searching for a jasmine perfume and came upon the no. 14, icila. It had such good reviews on their website I thought I couldn't go wrong and that I wasn't really chancing my non-refundable $32. Never again will I blindly buy an unknown fragrance.This smells nothing like jasmine. Perhaps to a specialist who could break down the top/mid/base scents, but I've been told I have a nose like a hound dog (and I agree) and I smelled nothing of jasmine that could be distinguished wearing it. It smells like an old school older woman's perfume, very similar to those I smelled at church growing up in the 80s and 90s. It's a traditional perfume, not a lighter fragrance. Traditional perfumes give me a headache, and this was no different. It's suppose to be a non-toxic formula, but given the reaction, I'm not sure how non-toxic it is.
