Not sure. However I took with both of my pregnancies.

Q: Does this contain any form of wheat, as does the perfect prenatal Multivitamin?

The bottle states “Containes 100% Wild Alaskan Salmon fish oil. Other ingredients: Capsule (gelatinHalal, glycerin and water), organic sunflower oil and tocopherols to preserve freshness. It wouldn’t let me upload a photo so I just typed out verbatim what is on the side of the bottle. Hope this helps!

Q: What's the difference between these omegas for moms and the original Fishoil new chapter? I just compared the 2 and they are exactly the same

I just asked the same question. They are the EXACT same, except the moms one seems to be diluted down to 4 pills instead of 2 in the normal fish oil. You’re better off buying the normal one not marketed for moms and saving $15 on every purchase, since you can get twice as much out of the other bottle!
