Yes, Heather. Neutrogena Hydro Boost is heavily scented. I used it only once, and after just a couple of minutes, was so put off by the agitating scent that I had to wash it off. I wish they made an unscented version so I could try the product and see if it is actually hydrating to the skin.

Q: should i use before putting on moisturizer or after? OR no moisturizer necessary?

Buy this product from a US based store or risk getting a fake and foreign product. Look at all the bad reviews! I received a jar that contained 50 ml, the beat-up box stated 1.7 fl oz. on the UPC side label that was obviously slapped on as an afterthought. And that label also specifies the product is “NEW” on the bottom. Hmmmm. Why would it be necessary to state that it’s new? (Just asking!)

Q: Can i apply makeup after ?

Yes. I have had no problem applying makeup after using this cream as the skin absorbs it quickly. I normally tend to have greasy skin, but this cream does not aggravate this problem.

Q: What is the percentage of hyaluronic acid?

I've thrown away the box so I cannot tell you what it says there, if anything. The jar does not specify the percentage, but lists Sodium Hyaluronate as the 15th ingredient out of 20. Not nearly as high as other products - those without fragrance, color and a major brand name - that I've bought here.
