Exactly as described.
Exactly as described, white Portland cement, which is surprisingly hard to find. Great to mix with. Word of caution that it generally shouldn’t be used along for any kind of construction project, no matter how small. It’s just cement. No aggregates.

Best Cement for Crafts
First time cement crafter and this cement is Very easy to use and mix. I used water to mix and silicone mold. Released from the mold easy and I love how white the cement is. You can color with pigment or acrylic paint. Seems durable and does not crumble. Doesn't really need to be sanded unless you prefer. Recommended for any and ALL cement art crafts.

Portland Concrete
This was my first time using this so it was an experiment. One thing to know is you need to mix sand with it. There are good directions if your mixing a large batch, but if not you need to figure out your measurements. I mixed gold acrylic paint and it has held up well. The consistency is a very fine powder, so follow the mixing options. I did read that concrete alone isn’t as sturdy, so mix with sand or other options. PS use a respirator you don’t want to inhale anything.I hope this helps

Portland cement should be handled with care
Warnings: This product — like all products that contain Portland Cement, including all pre-mixed dry concrete products that you can get from any hardware store — should be handled with care.Portland cement is caustic (having a PH of around 12) and, when wet, can cause burns. If the dust is inhaled it will become wet and cause burns in your throat/lungs. It is also carcinogenic.I ALWAYS wear a respirator when handling all but very small amounts of cement. I strongly advise purchasing a pair of heavy-duty chemical-resistant gloves to use if you anticipate handling the product when wet. That being said, some people can tolerate short-term skin exposures.Warnings aside, this is a great product — I'm an artist and I use it (along with Hydrated Lime and Sand) to create my own plaster. It's awesome to be able to get white Portland cement since this is not something you can pick up at your local hardware store. Also, most retail Type I Portland Cement is sold in 94-pound bags. While this is super cheap (often less than $20), the bags are difficult to handle (if you can even pick them up) and are usually much more than I need. I'm happy to pay the premium to be able to get cement in smaller quantities.
