These work so well. I usually get very bloated no matter what I eat and ever since I started taking these, I have felt a big difference.

Ok for gut relief, but does nothing for histamine intolerance. Does not contain DAO.

Seems to make a small impact on my allergies. It's not a major effect, and certainly not what I get from the usual anti-histamines, but your situation may be different from mine. No issues with taste, smell, or swallowing the pills. I have separately found that bromelain helps me, and that is indeed a small part of this supplement. I know a lot less about what quercetin and stinging-nettle, which seem to be the main ingredients. Due to price my advice would be to use this in addition to standard anti-histamines on an as-needed basis.

The appearance, texture and color of the content looks clean, unblemished, refined pure, and processed well. I only take a single capsule (or two when needed) of this supplement daily, often before meals or after dinner before sleep. As an adult man, I also noticed this supplement is easy to swallow, consume, and has no bad, unpleasant, unlikable after-taste. For me, it tastes mild, palatable, and rich. I’ve been using this supplement for weeks or more now. There’s little to no undesirable or pungent smell in it and the flavor is natural and mild. In my experience, it has aided my cognitive function and helped in my sleep pattern. I have been suffering from progressively worsening, over the years, seasonal allergies, which, living in Mid-Atlantic, start sometime in March and go all the way until something like November... so "seasonal" is really one huge allergy season. I was looking for an alternative to the "Claritin, and maybe Excedrin for breakfast" strategy.When I first tried this supplement, I was pleased to find that it worked for me, but both the strength and the duration of the effect were less than that of Claritin or Zyrtec.There are two ways that I've made this work for me. The first one is to use it in addition to one of the mainstream antihistamines, to cover the few hours that the so-called 24h-pills wear off. The second one though is the one that I really love - I've got a very strong air purifier, which dramatically reduces my exposure to allergens - but still, I am not inside 24/7, so some exposure occurs. (And yes, there are days that I am tempted to wear an N95 mask outdoors) I've found that a combination of the reduced exposure with this pill works wonders.Count me as a happy customer - I am out of my wondering whether taking Claritin daily for 8 months a year is safe, and my sinuses are content... I still keep the stronger antihistamines around for days when the pollen count is really high, but most of the time, I don't seem to need them...

This product is legit. It's been a life saver for me. I don't usually have seasonal allergy attacks, but this year I have a doozy. Claritin works but the 24-hour pills wear off between 16-18 hours and you're left with several hours of misery before you can take another. I ordered this ... and then read that stinging nettle only works at the onset of the allergy reaction, so I was bummed. As soon as the delivery guy left it for me, I pulled off the packaging and popped two capsules because I was desperate, hoping it would work. The bottle says one capsule, but in my research I read that the general dose is 500 mg (one cap of Histamine Guard is 200mg of nettle). Well, I was floored that it worked as well as Claritin, and I love that it's natural. It can get me through a 24-hour cycle, and now that I'm starting to get a little better, I'm opting to just take the Histamine Guard because I can control when I need it, something you can't do with Claritin. Love, love this product. It's kept me sane for the last week.
