ESSENTIAL Item for Americans Traveling to Europe
Used these for 6 months while living in Germany. They were compact yet not flimsy. I was able to have my very large, 3-pronged American laptop plugged in while also charging my iPhone via the USB-C port and using the USB port to charge my Fitbit watch, all with just one outlet. It made traveling around Europe very convenient as many older European hotel rooms have maybe 1 or two outlets. Meanwhile, this turns one outlet into many.

Excellent Travel Adapter
Worked great for a laptop, iPad, and iPhone. The two USB-C ports and one USB-A port came in super handy for charging my iDevices while traveling. The US-standard 110/120V grounded receptacle is why this was really handy, however. This allows you to connect any US-standard AC appliance to UK-standard AC receptacles. I appreciate that you can plug in a large DC power adapter "wall wart" into the outlet without obstructing the USB ports, too.It's bigger than I expected, and it takes up some space in your luggage. It would also be very helpful if the UK standard prongs folded down or recessed into the plug so that it could be more compact when packed. It's pretty light, though.

Perfect in Italy
Took these on my two-week trip to Italy. I stayed in hotels in Sorrento and Sicily and this adapter worked perfectly. It fit in every outlet and worked well with my phone charging cable.
