Why does the ad say "made in Sweden" when Amazon says China as origin?

The company that designed the air purifier is in Sweden, but the actual manufacture of the machine takes place in China.

What filter does this unit take? LUFTUM AC 400?

The filter is currently listed as unavailable on Amazon. It is the AC400 H13 True HEPA. You should be able to find it elsewhere, but it make be scarce during fire season across all of north America. :(

Any one have a customer support email address for the manufacturer?

The model depicted was returned by me. I couldn't find anybody to help me (including Amazon) locate a user's manual or customer service e-mail or phone no. for help. I purchased an Orans model instead because of this.
