Great for refining pores and preventing keratin buildup
I really liked this azelaic acid serum and will likely repurchase. I found it to really help refine my skin and help prevent it becoming so congested. I have a tendency to get blocked pores and sebum plugs, and this seemed to really help make my skin overall smoother and brighter. I feel it helps if your skin tends toward keratin buildup and overall congestion.I found this really hydrating and not at all sticky, but I live in a really dry climate and few things remain sticky throughout the day. It absorbs quickly into the skin and I had no issues with pilling or how it sat under makeup or other skin care items. I like that it's unscented, as that is my preference for skin care. I didn't detect any smell at all from it.I think this one is great value for money and it lasted me several months when I used it most days (either morning or evening, depending on what else was in my routine)

Gentle but Effective — Skin Looks Brighter and More Balanced
I’ve been using this serum for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. The 15% azelaic acid feels strong enough to make a difference but still gentle on my sensitive skin — no stinging or irritation. The combination with niacinamide and vitamin C makes this a powerhouse for dullness and uneven texture.I’ve noticed less redness around my nose and chin, and my skin looks a bit more even and calm overall. The texture of the serum is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and layers nicely with my moisturizer and sunscreen. A little goes a long way, and the fact that it’s made in Japan and fragrance-free makes me feel even better about the quality. If you’re looking for something to help with tone, brightness, and balancing oil without being too harsh, this is a great option.

A wonderful, rare & affordable OTC 15% Azelaic Acid serum!
This is so hard to find a 15% strength in OTC! It is less expensive than my copay for the prescription my dermatologist wrote. I was thrilled to find it. It is made in Japan and it a simple serum which I combine with vitamin C serum at my doctor’s suggestion. They absorb quickly and then I top with a lightweight moisturizer. This helps my rosacea and my aging skin. There’s no better value. I’ve just ordered my third bottle.

Misleading
Very misleadingThis has Potassium Azeloyl DiglycinateThis is a derivative of azelaic acid. It’s a water-soluble salt formed from azelaic acid and glycine. While it has similar properties (e.g., skin brightening, anti-inflammatory, sebum regulation), it is not the same as azelaic acid in structure or potency. The product claims 15% azelaic acid, and only includes Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate, that claim is misleading unless clarified. A 15% concentration of the derivative does not equate to 15% pure azelaic acid.

Wow... POD buster!
So, I usually wouldn't leave a review so soon, as I only just received this yesterday. Will update in two weeks, but had to get this out.I had read that azelaic acid would help with Perioral Dermatitis, which I have been battling with for the last decade. I know most of my triggers; but tend to go between clear, to red, to flaking, and back again.Wanted to give another product a try (usually always a mistake) in hopes that the outcome would not be the same, as it did not contain any of my known triggers. HOWEVER, it of course lead to a worsening outbreak that even formed pustules (this happens occasionally when I have something really irritate my skin). Okay, so I eliminate new product immediately, and go back to just washing, and then eventually add back moisturizer. It has calmed, but still redness and flaking. So, I ordered this to try.I put this on last night. Love the consistency (slightly slimy and sticky, but absorbs fairly quickly). I applied it over a hyaluronic acid mist. Slight burn and tingle, but all over the face (I did not spot test, just dove right in). It was quite similar to the feeling of applying my retinol serum (which I am on a regular break from). I did apply some squalane and hemp seed oil over it.Woke up this morning, and NO FLAKING. Redness is down a good deal! Yay!Will be using am and pm. As I said, updating in two weeks!Wanted to include a picture, but my camera is terrible, and isn't picking up the hint of redness that is indeed still there (didn't want it to be misleading), but is greatly diminished from before use.
