Gentle but Effective — Skin Looks Brighter and More Balanced
I’ve been using this serum for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. The 15% azelaic acid feels strong enough to make a difference but still gentle on my sensitive skin — no stinging or irritation. The combination with niacinamide and vitamin C makes this a powerhouse for dullness and uneven texture.I’ve noticed less redness around my nose and chin, and my skin looks a bit more even and calm overall. The texture of the serum is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and layers nicely with my moisturizer and sunscreen. A little goes a long way, and the fact that it’s made in Japan and fragrance-free makes me feel even better about the quality. If you’re looking for something to help with tone, brightness, and balancing oil without being too harsh, this is a great option.

Great for refining pores and preventing keratin buildup
I really liked this azelaic acid serum and will likely repurchase. I found it to really help refine my skin and help prevent it becoming so congested. I have a tendency to get blocked pores and sebum plugs, and this seemed to really help make my skin overall smoother and brighter. I feel it helps if your skin tends toward keratin buildup and overall congestion.I found this really hydrating and not at all sticky, but I live in a really dry climate and few things remain sticky throughout the day. It absorbs quickly into the skin and I had no issues with pilling or how it sat under makeup or other skin care items. I like that it's unscented, as that is my preference for skin care. I didn't detect any smell at all from it.I think this one is great value for money and it lasted me several months when I used it most days (either morning or evening, depending on what else was in my routine)

Gentle, Yet Effective
I started using an azelaic acid serum after my aesthetician recommended it for my sensitive, rosacea-prone skin, and I’m so glad I did! This product has been a game-changer for my skincare routine.First, it makes my face incredibly smooth. After just a few weeks of consistent use, I noticed an improvement in both texture and overall skin tone. My complexion looks more even, and those rough patches I used to deal with are gone. What I love most is that it’s non-greasy and absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling hydrated but never oily or weighed down. It’s lightweight enough to use under makeup without any issues. Plus, it doesn’t irritate or inflame my rosacea—something I’ve struggled with when trying other products. Instead, it feels calming and soothing on my skin.If you have sensitive skin or rosacea and are looking for something effective yet gentle, I can’t recommend an azelaic acid serum enough. It’s been a true skincare savior for me!

Misleading
Very misleadingThis has Potassium Azeloyl DiglycinateThis is a derivative of azelaic acid. It’s a water-soluble salt formed from azelaic acid and glycine. While it has similar properties (e.g., skin brightening, anti-inflammatory, sebum regulation), it is not the same as azelaic acid in structure or potency. The product claims 15% azelaic acid, and only includes Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate, that claim is misleading unless clarified. A 15% concentration of the derivative does not equate to 15% pure azelaic acid.
