Q: is this really hot?What spices are in it?I like flavour ,not heat??

I put a bit too much in so it was quite spicy, I loved it but my partner thought it was too hot. Just be careful how much you put it if you don’t like it too hot, but the actual spice flavour is lovely. The ingredients are turmeric, red chilli, black pepper, ginger, cardamoms, garlic, coriander and salt.

I add a teaspoon of the mix to (uncooked) lentils and boil them until cooked. I find the result jolly tasty! You'll have to judge the quantities for your taste.
