Product arrived but didn't work, it appeared to be fine but the bulb wouldn't work.Just bought a new bulb and it works fine now.If the bulb had worked initially this would have had 5*

Works.well for our self care treatments at home. Warms up nicely and all settings works well. My.mom noticed a difference after 1 treatment on her.back pain

Give a few weeks to make a difference but it actually works. Brilliant product.

Great bit of kit for infrared warmth. Unfortunately the arm wasn’t long enough reach, say your back, if you had it on a table and led on a bed. Heat wise it was great. Another bit of an issue was the on/off switch was too close to the lamp itself making it difficult to control once in position.

This seems like a nice lamp and has an instruction leaflet telling you what not to do but not sufficient information on how long to use and which strength . It has several settings for strength and a heavy base which is good for safety. I will have to Google instructions on line!

I do not know if it can sooth my leg pain. The light is so bright and it hurts my eyes although I turn it away from my eyes. I think a smaller one is better.
