Just what was required to help keep my gate shut

If you have a gate, just like the one in the video, as do we, the two lock pins are not long enough to hold in place when you add the tension. Once I had it tensioned, I opened the gate and one of the lock pins shot of somewhere at speed. Still not found it, but I will return anyway, as we cannot have a product to keep our dogs safe, failing.

Lock pins aren’t big enough to stay secure keeping tension in the spring.

Screwed it to my gate, went to tighten it up and realised it had no pegs with it…… waste of bloody money but can’t send it back as it’s screwed on to my gate

This closure is perfect to keep the gate closed,to keep my little Bichon Frise safe,and easy to fit.The price is excellent.

Great value well made product

Broke while being installed! The tensioning spring parted company with the end nut when tightening. On inspection, it looks like the spring does not thread through the nut as you might expect, it seems to be simply tack -welded to it! As such it didn't survive the tensioning process.
