Trampoline Mat Repair Kit - Repair Holes or Tears -Glue on Patches

It held for years on occasion, I would add some more, but always held. I was pleasantly surprised.

Very easy to use. Had it fixed very fast

I bought this kit to repair a relatively large hole (about 4") about 2' from the edge of our trampoline. That's slightly larger I think than the "recommended" max, but I decided to try it anyway. This repair went on easily, though the process is a little messy. My only complaint is that one edge of the patch "curled up" just after installation and the adhesive had already cured when I noticed it. Even so, the patch is holding well, despite heavy use. I would buy again if faced with similar damage, just to slow deterioration.

Easy to use

Be sure to realize that this is only for very small holes and needs to be able to be cut into a circle and still overlap the hole by 2" all the way around! Our hole got bigger after ordering this and waiting for it to arrive and was too big to really work. Sad. That being said, it did hold for a couple of days before busting again. We got a new mat instead. Also, word to the wise, that is obvious in retrospect, but not at the time... If you have a small hole, stop everything from jumping, order the patch, and keep everyone off of the tramp until it is fixed!

I followed the instructions carefully and repaired several holes in our trampoline. The patches have stayed on strong through several rain storms. We don't use our trampoline a lot but I haven't seen any edges peel up. There was plenty of patch and plenty of glue but once you goop that glue all over your brush the brush is done. So, I have enough to do another patch later but I'll have to scrounge up another brush. Overall, very pleased for the value of this glue.Update: As of Summer 2024 the repair mesh has come off the trampoline. I don't know if this is a standard amount of time but just wanted to add that new info.

I always write reviews of everything I order and I’m always very honest, if I could give this 0 stars I would but there’s no option, I was actually very excited to try this product. When the patches arrived I was happy with the sizes of the patches(2) and the size of the glue bottle which was pretty reasonable but at the moment of patching the glue did not work at all, I noticed the glue wasn’t sticky at all and I still went on but no, I followed the instructions all the way, I coated the glue around and over the patch on top and under but nothing, needles to say at the end the formula was very dry no lie in less than 10 minutes and it did not glue down, the formula was dry and it did not bond at all, I lifted the patch and it was like I had never put anything on top of it. I was so ready to see my little girl jumping on her trampoline again, but no. I’m very unhappy with the outcome. That one star I’ll give it to them bc the patches are big very good size and the bottle of glue is pretty reasonable but the glue did not work for me at all, I wasted $20 for nothing.

It’s been over a year, through a typical cold Utah winter and the patch we used is in great condition. The hole was a bit larger than what was recommended but I used the entire bottle of adhesive on the patch and it held perfectly. Our tramp is used by the neighborhood boys, sometimes with 4-6 in there at a time and zero problems. Now, we have a second tear and I have one more patch to repair it. As stated in some reviews, the down side is I used all the adhesive for the first patch so I had to buy another bottle but its much cheaper than replacing the entire mat. However, follow the directions exactly as laid out; that will help.
