DO NOT BUY THIS USELESS JUNK!!! This should be a NEGATIVE one star review for the Vevor 12 Ton Porta Power Jack, Model ZX0201 12T. After 25 e-mail exchanges (no kidding...TWENTY FIVE) over 28 days, VEVOR Customer Service still could not tell me what ISO Grade hydraulic oil to refill their leaking unit with.Even though I provided them EXPLICIT details on how these oils are specified for various service applications, climates, and operating conditions, they sent me one nonsensical reply after another. They couldn't even tell me what oil was originally installed?!? Over and over they wrote they'd be back to me within 24 hours, 48 hours, 3 days, etc. Their "technical specialists," "team of professionals," and "relevant service team," do NOT understand their own products and they are unlikely to provide you any "specific investigation results." Yes, these are all quotes from their emails.Then they refused to deal with multiple defects in the flimsy Carrying Case nor would they address the leaking connection between the oil line and the Hydraulic Cylinder. The last straw was when the unit suddenly stopped operating altogether after only 3 uses! This thing is a useless, very large paperweight.If you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstances where you need to correspond with these folks, you can expect an epic runaround with lots of excuses and useless, insincere statements like: “Please give us some time.” “We understand your needs…” “We promise that we will contact you…” “Thank you for your message.” “We are happy to help.” “We are sorry to have kept you waiting.” “…we will definitely provide you with a satisfactory solution.” “We take your concerns very seriously and are committed to resolving your issue.” "...we have marked this case as a priority..." “Thank you for your understanding and patience.” “Wishing you a joyful and fulfilling life!”VEVOR completely failed on this product and their “Customer Service” department is rife with incompetence.Fortunately, Amazon backed up the sale, picked up the junk produced by VEVOR, and issued a full refund.Deekshitha in Amazon Customer Service was GREAT!

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I felt the need to grade this tool. I would give it a C- As you can see after a week using it. Let's start with the parts. The threaded coupling you get are so poorly machined they don't even thread together. I had to order quick connect which cost me an extra $33. The extensions are made from soft material, as you can see the longer shaft bent before reaching the max 12 ton. There is a constant leak from the hand pump. The cylinder is not chrome plated, not even polished. You can feel the grooves in it with your fingernailI hope this doesn't ruine the seals. There was oil in the carrying case when it arrived, and now I know where it came from. In case you are wondering why didn't I just send it back. The package was very heavy, plus I needed the tool right away. I
