Update April 8, 2025Ok I just received another message with a tracking number for a new trampoline! This company is hands down the best I have ever communicated with and I highly recommend them. We can't wait to enjoy some fun on the replacement trampoline. If it turns out half as good as the customer service, then whoever buys it will not be disappointed. Again, I highly recommend getting a trampoline from this company.UPDATE April 4, 2025I changed my rating to 5 stars because customer service has been really great and has even offered to send a replacement trampoline. The trampoline itself seemed to be very sturdy and well made. The extras are really nice too. I do however still want to express caution with the anchors and straps. They are not the strongest. I do recommend getting this trampoline. It really is worth the investment to see the smiles on your kids faces, just might want to think about looking into a stronger anchor set.We just put this trampoline up 2 days ago. Everything was assembled properly, including the anchors. My daughter just got it for her birthday present and hasn't even been able to jump on it and it's already gone! The anchors completely failed to actually anchor the trampoline down during a rain storm! I can't even return it to get a refund or replacement because the company expects me to send the damaged item back but how can I send it back when it's completely gone?!

This trampoline was great!! We had it for about 3 weeks. We just had a garage fire today and lost EVERYTHING in our garage. Unfortunately the trampoline was next to the garage, and we lost everything but the frame! Quality work!!!!! Will have to purchase another one as our kids will be upset we don’t have one going into summer. But I’m surprised how strong the mesh net was! Springs were still springy and two of the anchors were still perfect! Unfortunately we won’t be able to get another one for a while but we sure will!

No complaints, the grandchildren love it and can’t wait to add the lights and sprinkler come summer. Everything was packaged well and in perfect condition. We ran into shipping issues but the seller was quick to step in and resolve the problem. They were great and easy to work with.I recommend this trampoline and the seller.

It was easy to assemble with assistance. It is very durable and worth every penny spent we got the 16 foot and my kids couldn’t be happier we have yet to put the lights on but we have been debating if it’s worth it with the sprinklers on. The safety net is a good idea I but honestly I couldn’t be bothered to string the rope through the bottom so we use zip ties instead which was faster and more secure. The size can accommodate my five children and they have a blast

Total junk. High winds will bend the bars. If you want to take the bars down before a storm you have to remove two bolts per bar. Takes about 45 minutes when there’s other brands that don’t require bolts and it takes 45 seconds to get them storm ready. I regret buying this pos and get I’m getting a Skywalker trampoline next spring. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

I recently purchased the products while installing them, I encountered a couple of issues. The basketball included in the package is punctured, with visible holes, and two of the ground anchors are damaged, making installation difficult

I was really excited for this trampoline for my kids but that excitement has dulled. The instructions were slightly confusing and I've built trampolines before. Luckily we weren't missing any pieces. Not a fan of the anchors as they're just straps hooked to actual anchors. I'll be replacing them with ones I know are stronger. I bought the version with a basketball hoop and that is the weakest part of the trampoline. It's already bent from just a few weeks of use and none of my kids pulled on it. It isn't secure at all and I regret buying this version.

Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Upon installation, we discovered some parts were damaged, but Customer Service was super helpful and resolved it quickly. Overall, happy with the product and support!
