I have wound healing issues and I was instructed to consume more protein, I decided to give this brand a try and discovered that it tastes pretty good, it also contains no vitamin K for us folks that have INR issues.

Its a good quencher if you are on the run and or feel not wanting to eat a full meal.

Came on time and was actually able to fit in my mailbox due to great packaging. The product itself is a great inbetweener (yes i made up that word but it works right?!) and the flavors aren’t over the top or has that weird after taste so i’m happy for that.

I've always loved all fairlife products and these are great as well, I drink all flavors 😋

It's almost like a milkshake. No chalky taste.

Tastes just like flavored milk w/out the sugar or carbs. Nice sweet pick me up mid-day packed w/ protein 💪🏼
