Quality! I was actually surprised.
I was really nervous about ordering this after reading some of the reviews, but worked great!!! Came in perfect shape! Looks great! We did have to tighten up some of the nuts and bolts that hold the motor on top because it was shaking like crazy and they were visibly loose. Easy to assemble. Not a lot on inspections came with it. But it was easy to figure out.The clean up was also a breeze!

Works great. Smooth and quiet.
My daughter got me this for an early Father’s Day gift. I wanted to try it out today, so I pulled four fully capped medium frames from one of my hives. After uncapping, I loaded the four frames into the extractor. Spun them for approximately 3 minutes on 50% power, upped the speed to 90% and spun an additional 5 minutes. Flipped frames and repeated the process above. Did an excellent job and removed 99% of the honey. The operation was smooth with absolutely no vibration at 90% power. No need to hold the machine at all, and it was not bolted down, simply sitting on concrete floor. After completing the four frames, took the motor assembly off, removed the wire cage and rinsed all the parts with cold water with the garden hose. Cleaned up easily. 13 pounds of honey from four medium frames! I would highly recommend.

Good value
Arrived undamaged due to good packaging of the unit. Easy to assemble. Easy to clean. Very quiet while running. Legs are on the flimsy side but ok/ sufficient if you bolt the feet to plywood. Radial use for small and medium frames, Tangential use for deep frames.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Decided I'd roll the dice and try this extractor...big mistake! Unit would turn on, but speed control was inoperative. Contacted their "customer support" to give them a chance to make it right, received a replacement speed control 2 weeks later that did not correct the issue. Spent more time going back and forth with their "customer support" team, there was a week of correspondence and still no resolution found (logic would dictate that if the speed control didn't fix the issue, the motor was faulty). I utilized the last few days of my return window and sent the unit back.If their customer service is so bad that they can't get a brand new unit operational within a month, just imagine what it will be like if you have a breakdown in a year or two (provided you get a unit that functions to begin with).Needless to say I saw early on in my attempt to get this unit fixed that it was a pointless venture, and ordered a comparable unit from a US manufacturer. The US built unit was much more expensive, but it worked flawlessly, and I suspect it will continue to operate that way for many years.

4.5 Stars
The media could not be loaded. The good... easy assembly, but you'll need a #2 Phillips head a 14mm box wrench or socket and small crescent wrench, heavy duty construction sturdy legs. Quiet, adjustable speed and clear lid.The bad... there are some sharp edges and O got a couple of small nicks on two fingers while unpacking. The worst is that there are no side handles. It really needs handles and I'll add them to move it around. The ugly...it unpacked with a fist sized dent in the bottom but despite the heavy construction zi gave it a decent thump from the inside with a rubber mallet and no harm done.Overall very nice for the price. I got it on sale for $160 but probably worth full price too and so much easier than my manual extractor!

Very good value for money
Arrived quickly and in good condition. Easily assembled. No instructions though. Legs are sharp and they provide cotton gloves to protect you. You will need an adjustable wrench and a small Phillips head screwdriver. They also provide an extra red connection between the motor and basket shaft.

Cant wait to use it again
Very impressed with this, especially for the cost! I have a manual 2-frame extractor. This was obviously faster, quieter and easier to use and clean. Pulled 10 gallons this weekend in 2 hours with 30 frames. Impressed by how easy it was to assemble and clean! Note there's a small bearing at the bottom of the spinning mechanism you may lose when you clean it; it's not mentioned anywhere in the instructions! I cant wait to use it again!

Not great, Not bad, will work on the cheep but will get a new one sooner or later.
Honey will collect at the bottom and be a pain to get out at the end.You will need to run the frames 3 times, once radial once on each side, and about 3 hours each. You will need to give this thing some support as it will shake like hell. Not much room for a honey bucket so a bit of a tight fit.The little screws to hold the cover down don't hold that well but they are a standard size so can be replaced ez mode. The thing is a bit jittery for the safety switch but not a huge issue. To other beekeepers I would also recommend that you use an ant bridge to keep the honey clean. All in all if you are running only 20-ish frames you will be good. You can take the motor off the top for indoor storage. Make sure the extractor gate is tight or you will get a bit of a surprise of extra honey sooner than you expect.
