Bought this as a replacement for a previous different smart watch. It's so much better, so many features , easy to set up and looks nice too. Took me a couple of days to get used to where to find things , but I'm finding so far it's very reliable and seems very accurate. Nothing to complain about and would definitely recommend this watch.

I bought this watch for my dad, and he absolutely loves it! The watch is very good — the battery lasts a long time, and the charging speed is impressive. One of his favourite features is being able to pick up calls while he’s walking; it’s super handy and convenient.At one point, the watch stopped working, so I contacted customer service. They were incredibly helpful and responsive. They first gave me some advice to troubleshoot the issue, and when that didn’t work, they kindly offered to send a replacement right away. The whole process was smooth and professional.I’m very happy with both the product and the service, and I would highly recommend this watch to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable smart watch with great features and top-notch customer support.

I had this watch for 2years now it's a good watch love that you can set alarms which is great for me to remember things. Like how it records your sleep. It's easy to use you download the app and connect it and is very easy to use. Like that you can personalise the picture on the screen. It does disconnect sometimes so I don't get any notification from my phone but easy to reconnect. The battery is good and doesn't take long to charge.

Only had the watch a few day's. So far I'm very happy with it and finding it easy to navigate my way around. Good battery life, stylish, easy to use, great price. The reviews are what swayed towards buy this watch, as I'd been shopping around and hadn't a clue where to start. The strap can easily be replaced I have had change to try it out at the gym yet, but will do this coming week. I'd definitely recommend this to family and friendsHelpful

I have had the watch about 10 days. The battery life is excellent and I have only had to charge it once. It is tracking my steps accurately and I like the sleep breakdown . I am still working my way round all the other features and there is plenty to look it. I would fully recommend this smart watch as it is great value for money.

I’ve been using this watch since I purchased it in February 2025. I started a healthy diet to lose some weight due to ill health. I love it. It does exactly what I need and gives me insight into sleep, steps and heart rate. I also answer my calls on it. Love it! Great value. I even bought my husband one and we have both lost weight.

Very bright, large display. Can read messages and answer/make calls although sound quality isn't great. It won't connect to music & seems to be no way to fix that. Sometimes loses connection to phone and don't get notifications. It does seem to track sleep and steps well, although the steps to distance equivalence is miles (ahem) out. Also my RHR jumps from 64 one day to 73 the next which it's never done before. Nice looking item at a good price but you get what you pay for.

This is so easy to use, even the less tech savvy should have no problems.It's also very comfortable to wear as it's so light and compact so doesn't feel like a weight on your arm and doesn't snag on your clothes.I wear it day and night no issues.The widgets are easy to use and clear graphics make things even better.Highly recommend this watch that does more than you think but doesn't break the bank.
