The packaging was good, protective foam and plastic corner pieces were good, the box was not damaged, so the product was packaged damaged. This was either willful or the quality control is terrible. Since this isn't the first review that mentions this kind of damage in an undamaged box I presume this is willful.Also, don't be swayed the color, it does NOT have a red tint. It's brown, the picture hue has been altered! I dont get why, all they have to do is use a different trim/stain to match - DONT alter the pics, just make the product to the right specs. Other than these things, it's a nice piece so I give it 3 stars. Fix the quality issue and it gets 4 stars, fix the color and it's get 5. It has some nice features like a magnetized door, gold hardware, so it's still very classy.Seller immediately reached out to rectify, great experience overall! Had to update the stars to 5. Product it still great.

Door was damaged. Idk if it was the handler or the delivery but the box was fine. There's a gash on the corner door and the door isn't closing straight. It's slightly tilted. I just bought adhesive velcro to see if that helps. If not I'll be returning this item and either getting a refund or a replacement.

Such a good product after using one for a few months bought another one.. Looks good, fits my space well and keeps cigars fresh. I’m sold.

This is a very attractive humidor at a very attractive price. Well built and furniture quality with more than ample space for sticks of various lengths and ring sizes. Would look great in any setting. So why did I return it? Said simply, I wasn't confident in the seal of the door. The door itself, is not a full magnetic closure. Rather, there are two small magnetic points on the door that connect to two small magnetic points on the frame. I simply didn't have confidence in its ability to consistently seal without having to inspect every time it was closed. When closing, the action was silent--didn't hear a "click" to confirm the magnets properly attracted to one another. The magnets were not strong enough to offer any attraction when closing or resistance when opening the door. None! Was never really sure if the door hd closed! I wasn't even sure there were magnets until I ran a paperclip around the door and cabinet frame. Both need more, and stronger magnets.

This is well made and holds humidity well. It has a great amount of storage and I currently have 40 cigars, two bags of pipe tobacco and 4 tins of pipe ton inside of it. I am very happy with this purchase!
