I was a bit wary of buying such an expensive item and not knowing if it would work. I have followed the instructions and have been wearing them in my shoes for a few days and the difference is amazing. Relief at last. .I have plantar faciitis and hear spur and the pain from the plantar was affecting a knee. This has all started to abate and I am hopeful that with exercise and the insoles I will make a good recovery. Thank you. I am so glad I took a chance. they are what they say on the label. Brilliant!

Found it a bit hot while fitting orthotics after 30 seconds of boiling. Could probably leave longer. Getting on well with them after about a month of use. Find that balls of feet are less sore with them and am purchasing a second pair to keep in one set of shoes all the time. Also bought for a friend too.

I found that the devices did not retain the shape throughout the day and the arch fell the more I walked. Initially they did support well but I did need to keep remoulding.

Very easy to mould to shape but very slippery surface to try and walk on. Very expensive product.

Increases the pain and possibly more health issues in future, (like backpain), if you don't bin them after using few days at first.It' s a great risk. Do Not buy this.

At first I was a little bit worried about moulding these to fit my feet to myself but I really shouldn't have been because the instructions are extremely clear to follow and the whole process was really easy. Once they are moulded they fit really comfortably in my shoes and have not been causing any problems such as blisters which I was a bit concerned that they might do . I have been wearing these insoles for just over a week and they feel really comfortable, and I find standing for long periods of time a lot easier. My feet also do not hurt as much after long walks as the insole really helps to support my high arch. I Have suffered from planterfacitis quite a few times so I have high hopes that these insoles will workI purchased these insoles at a reduced rate in return for my review
