I really doubted that this would work, but it did. Highly recommended for anywhere that you're exposed to heavy UV exposure. I used this umbrella in Japan during summer when it was +30c in the bloody shade! What it did was reduce radiant heat, so all I had to contend with was ambient heat. Plus points for pure functionality. This one is an ideal size for tote bags. Perfect for travel. The weight is just right too. And the look isn't half bad. I'm going to tell you that usually you see women carry umbrellas to ward off sunlight. Time for men to get a brain and do the same! Great value for the money - considering that this umbrella probably kept me from getting heat stroke, which means it did everything as advertised! And

I have just started using this but so far so good. I have many of the Coolibar umbrellas in various colors and they do a great job blocking light but they are significantly heavier than this one and some of them break too easily.This is nice and lightweight. The material feels like a slinky dress fabric but it does a very good job of blocking sunlight. I hope it is durable. If so, I will get more colors because I like to use sunblock and an umbrella for good measure.

We bought this for our trip to Disney world. It’s small and sturdy and definitely keeps the sun off of us. My only complaint is that it’s kinda tough to close up with one hand, I’m a mom and my hands are always full of stuff. But i would recommend this to others. The cloth feels a little flimsy and like it’ll rip easily but so far so good! Glad we made the purchase.

Don't hesitate to purchase this sun umbrella. I've used several since I am disabled in wheelchair. It was always a great deal of expectation and great let-down. Either they were poorly constructed, didn't function beyond a few uses, etc. So I was hesitant. I should not have been hesitant. That umbrella is VERY well constructed and truly deflects the sun (and Heat)! It must be 10-15 degree difference between no umbrella and using it. It is attractive and gotten compliments and interest. I am Very susceptible to skin cancer (aside from the heat, etc). I am able to use this highly functional, well-made umbrella to get out/about no matter the temp and amt of sunlight. Great Product.

Perfect size . It is light enough to be able to carry it without any issues . Easy to open and close . I have been using it everyday and had no issues . Most importantly it protects you from sun as the diameter is sufficient. I still use my sunscreen to be sure .

I don't know what it is, but the open/closing mechanism is faulty in these! I bought another one first, and it sprung threads when I opened it for the second time and stopped working..but I loved the coverage and sun blocking ability it has, however I had to return it! So I bought another hoping it would work better, and after using it the first time I had trouble closing it down. The mechanics are very stiff..I may have to return this one too, however I really needed it, because this Florida heat is already too much! Update, the wire inside this new one is already bent sideways.. I'm not having any luck with these. Update 08/01/2923, Great news friends 😊...the seller contacted me personally to rectify my damaged umbrella issues, although it was past due the return date, and sent me a spanking brand new Solar UV umbrella,that I need now more than ever. The heat has been grueling,and I've developed a weird feeling sandpaper feeling lesion on my face! Of course the first thing I thought "Cancer(Melanoma I feared), we need to stay protected from the sun and this umbrella gives great coverage. I haven't used it yet, but will let you guys in, if there are more issues, but I am super satisfied with their above and beyond fantastic customer service..this is a good day (((hugs)))☂️🥰

Looks nice and may indeed provide sun protection, but broke the first day we used it. I took it on a trip to France and after the second use, it wouldn’t close. The button didn’t work and you couldn’t even force it closed. We had to leave it in France because we couldn’t get it to close. Hopefully I can contact the company and get my money back because I certainly can’t send it back.

I have used my umbrella only once. As I just received it. I am glad that I bought it. It is so much better than my regular umbrella. I mean for the protection from the sun. It felt so good being under it. It’s nice and compact. The color is nice. Thanks for making such a beautiful umbrella.
