This product is a very nice skin/face wash. I put this in a small spray bottle to spritz my beard/face prior to shaving. Works great for electric razor shaves and I'm sure would work well with a safety razor. It cleans and lubricants the shin ... less irritation...

Rack up another win for herbal remedies.I was a longtime sufferer of post-shave "lobster neck" who had pretty well resigned myself to sticky aloe vera gel as the only solution. Heard of barbers using witch hazel as aftershave for generations, so at $3 I clicked the button.Immediately upon soaking the applicator tissue, I was hit by a STRONG earthy, root-like scent (think Shrek's cologne). Now, I understand why so many scented WH options are out there. Thankfully, this doesn't last more than a couple minutes.The after effect on skin is nothing short of incredible. Very toning and moisturized finish with zero residue.My new go-to

I purchase this to make a spray for my yoga mat, but you can also use it as an astringent for your face. I like this one because it doesn't have other ingredients. I can add my own essential oils to create the scent that I want. A lot of people use vinegar for their yoga mats, but this smells much better. I do the witch hazel, lavender oil and tea tree oil. Then just add some distilled water and you've got a great mat spray that is antimicrobial and anti fungal with a nice fresh scent.
