Good first bike
Very nice bike and easy to put together. I like the style and expandable functions on the bike so it will last.

Good kids bike
Great bike for our 4 year old. She started with this brand on a balance bike and we were so happy with that one that we upgraded her to this one. Never used the training wheels. We left the pedals off until she was used to the size and she treated it like her old balance bike. Couldn’t be happier, we put the pedals on and she was zipping around within 3 days like she had been riding it for a year. Great brand, good quality. Only wish it had a kick stand so she wasn’t laying it on the ground when she’s done riding.

This is the CUTEST bike EVER! And it is all terrain and easy to pedal for newbies! SOOOOO well made!

Heavier than advertised but great bike.
The bike is great with size (16 inch for 4-6 yrs old) but it's not 18.5lb as advertised. Its weight is 21lb with training wheels or 19.5lb without training wheels.

Retrospect > Guardian
After one google search of “kid bikes” we got bombard with guardian bike ads. But I wasn’t convinced that’s the loudest was the best out there. So I began my search and found Retrospect!Between my 7 year old and 5 year old, in a day and a half we were on a family bike ride. The ergonomic design and lighter weight made learning so much easier. The brakes function flawlessly and easily that my kids felt safe maneuvering turns that previously scared them. Not to mention the fun of the basket and bright colors to make my kids excited to ride!Overall very pleased!

Brakes stuck and now too late to return
Piece of crap. Paid a good amount of money for this bike. It’s my sons first bike. There is so much wrong with it right out of the box. Pedals are super hard to push, brakes keep falling off and just all around SUPER DISAPPOINTING. I did a lot of research on a good first bike and this was near the top of the list. I’m so mad. His birthday was end of May and return window closed June 1st. Waste of money. Bike looks good but that’s about it.

Adorable Bike!
My daughter got this for christmas and is in love! The quality is great for the price. It is winter in MN so she has been mostly riding it around the house but it steers well and was really easy to assemble!

Good bike for toddler
Great bike! Easy for a toddler to pedal. We removed the training wheels and pedals to use it as a balance bike for our 4-year-old to learn. Once we reinstalled the pedals, our child was able to ride it quickly and confidently.
